LOCAL CESSATION CLASSES

UPMC Hanover, UPMC Pinnacle and WellSpan Health all continue to offer tobacco cessation services during this pandemic. We have transitioned to offering these programs virtually and have found that this has been beneficial in serving those with time constraints, limited transportation and other barriers that may exist with in-person counseling.

Programs range from group cessation classes to individualize counseling.
